Comrade Dong Hai, head of the preparatory group of the Party branch, delivered a report on the preparatory work. The report notes that since the beginning of this year, the law firm has experienced rapid growth. As of now, the number of CPC members at Zhiheng Xi’an already accounts for half of the total number of registered lawyers, making it an urgent necessity to strengthen Party building work. Over the past six months, following extensive preparation and communication, the higher-level Party organization issued its approval in mid-July.

To this end, the preparatory group has, in strict accordance with the Party Constitution and relevant regulations, successfully completed all preparatory work for the establishment of the Party branch of Guangdong Zhiheng (Xi’an) Law Firm.
