Partner teams
- At least three years’ practice, with a stable matter pipeline and team-management capability;
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-known law school in China or abroad;
- Deep experience in a specialist practice, with mature skills and a stable client base;
- Alignment with Zhiheng’s culture, and a commitment to building the firm’s platform.
Independent lawyers
- LL.B. or above from a well-known law school in China or abroad, with a solid legal foundation;
- Able to handle matters independently, with a clear practice direction;
- Alignment with Zhiheng’s culture, and a commitment to growing with the platform.
