, was successfully held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, from July 6 to 7, 2024. Senior equity partners from across Zhiheng’s nationwide offices gathered in Kunming, responding to the invitation to the “City of Spring” and jointly inaugurating this grand event.

South of the Colorful Clouds, the weather is mild and sunny, with verdant mountains stretching as far as the eye can see and all things thriving. On July 6, 2024, with a gentle breeze and lush green mountains and clear waters, the participants embarked on the “Enjoy Summer·Gather in the Spring City” Kunming team-building event in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, setting out on a day-long journey of joy to experience the unique charm of the “Spring City” and savor laughter and merriment.

A Glimpse of the Xishan Scenic Area

Rolling peaks and verdant forests stretch as far as the eye can see, with towering pines and cypresses lining the roads. The quaint, time-honored architecture is utterly captivating. Attorney Zhiheng ascends the steps, fully immersed in the breathtaking scenery along the way. Reaching Longmen Pavilion, he gazes down upon the vast expanse of Dianchi Lake; taking the cable car, he looks out over the cityscape of Kunming; and passing through ancient, precious grottoes carved into the rock face, he looks up at the majestic West Mountain, marveling at nature’s awe-inspiring artistry.

A Glimpse of Yunnan Ethnic Villages

In the afternoon, after savoring authentic Yunnan cuisine, the group headed to the Yunnan Nationalities Village, where they explored the courtyards and villages of various ethnic minorities. The ingeniously designed architecture and elegantly refined layouts create a folk-themed grand garden reminiscent of Jiangnan-style classical gardens. The crowd strolled among the pavilions and towers, admiring the architectural beauty and savoring the cultural heritage.

In the evening, everyone took a bus back to the hotel and participated in an exciting game of Duan. Each team sent two members to compete, showcasing exceptional card-playing skills and strong teamwork. Every glance exchanged between teammates, every silent word of encouragement, and every perfectly coordinated move became a highlight of the competition.

On the morning of July 7, 2024, the “Integration, Fusion, and Breakthrough” — Zhiheng 2024 National Equity Senior Partners Integration Conference was held in the multimedia conference hall on the 23rd floor of the Courtyard by Marriott Kunming Xinying.

Report on the First Half of 2024 and Future Plans

Director Chai Yongxia presented a report on Zhiheng’s performance in the first half of 2024 and outlined its future plans, summarizing the firm’s achievements in brand building, scaling, professional development, and other areas, while also providing a detailed roadmap for upcoming work. Director Chai Yongxia stated that teamwork is the future direction of the legal profession, and Zhiheng will deeply integrate its nationwide resources, strengthen collaboration among its branches, share advantages, and pool strengths to create greater synergy.

Through integration, fusion, and breakthroughs, Zhiheng will take this merger as a new starting point to forge ahead and write an even more brilliant chapter.

In light of the current challenges facing the legal profession, Director Lan Caiming proposed a sixteen-character guideline in his address: “liberate thinking, pool resources, identify needs, and expand collaboratively.” He further noted that the Zhiheng platform is uniquely positioned to empower lawyers to achieve synergistic growth. Director Lan Caiming summarized his insights in a five-character formula, offering recommendations on the firm’s current stage of development from the perspectives of “evidence, people, mindset, matters, and finances.” He also emphasized that all Zhiheng attorneys should actively participate in firm activities, foster a harmonious atmosphere, and contribute to the firm’s cohesion and integration—working together to identify market needs, expand service offerings, and achieve mutual success.

On the big screen, each group’s carefully filmed and edited video was shown in turn, humorously or emotionally capturing the little moments of the team members during the team-building activities and documenting those beautiful instants. After the video was played, each team leader took the stage to speak, sharing three key strengths of their team members—ranging from professional expertise in various fields to shared interests and hobbies—thereby fully showcasing

The voting session further heightened the atmosphere of the conference. After fierce competition, based on the voting results and the outcomes of the Guandan tournament, the group that took first place in this integration event was ultimately determined.
