Lawyer Wang Yang mentioned that young lawyers are often prone to fall into the misunderstanding of "self-presupposition is correct". They rely too much on case retrieval but ignore the complexity of judges' thinking and actual situation of cases. He suggested that young lawyers should pay attention to communication, attach importance to normal communication with the handling judges, and pay attention to the background of cases and the psychological elements of the parties.
