Director Zhang Shanhuá delivered a visionary keynote speech titled “Zhiheng’s Development Strategy and Plan.” Starting with the evolving trends in the global legal services market, he reviewed the implementation of Zhiheng’s three-year strategic plan for 2022–2025 and outlined the firm’s “three‑wheel drive” development model—business expansion, talent strategy, and brand building—three interconnected and mutually reinforcing pillars.
Director Zhang Shanhu emphasized that the primary focus of Zhiheng’s nationwide operations in the future will be to refine its internal rules and regulations, formulate development plans tailored to each office’s specific characteristics in accordance with the accountability agreements and the firm’s overall development strategy, and continue to adhere to the “three-pronged” growth model. By leveraging the advantages of Zhiheng’s “direct investment, direct operation, and direct management” system, the firm aims to build a unified national platform, foster deep integration among all Zhiheng professionals, and usher in a new chapter of high-quality development.

The Director of the Management Committee leads the formulation of the committee’s strategy, the cultivation of its culture, and internal development, while the Executive Director implements the strategy, manages operations, and integrates resources. The two roles are not hierarchical but work collaboratively to foster an open and inclusive firm culture. It is hoped that in the future, the National Management Committee Director and the Executive Director of Zhiheng will work closely together to foster a harmonious and collegial firm culture, refine the organizational structure and guiding principles, and encourage cross-regional communication and collaboration, ensuring that every attorney feels integrated into the organization and the collective.

Director An Jianxu emphasized that the director of the Management Committee and the executive director must clearly define their respective roles: the executive director leads the executive team in managing operations and implementing the plan, while the director of the Management Committee should focus on professionalism, using expertise to address real issues. With aligned objectives and a mutually beneficial, symbiotic relationship, both parties can work together to enhance the brand’s reputation.

On the morning of March 16, members of Zhiheng’s national core leadership team departed from the Radio and Television Financial Center to hike together up Shenzhen’s Lianhuashan Mountain, where they paid tribute to the bronze statue of Comrade Deng Xiaoping.
The spring mountains seem to smile, and the kapok trees are in full bloom. A group of people ascends the steps along the greenway, engaging in lively discussions about strategic implementation while strengthening team cohesion with every resolute step.

Reaching the summit platform, the bronze statue of Comrade Deng Xiaoping stands majestically. After the climb, the group moved to a teahouse to immerse themselves in the Cantonese morning tea culture and savor the delicate and exquisite dim sum.
