After a heated discussion among the participants, the meeting reached the following consensus on the 2025 Youth Working Committee plan: First, improve the internal system construction of the Youth Working Committee, set up a reward mechanism, organize networking activities within the Youth Working Committee, give full play to the enthusiasm of the Youth Working Committee members, and enhance team cohesion.

Secondly, carry forward the spirit of "serving young lawyers" of the Youth Industry Committee, and actively organize various internal and external activities, such as various sports competitions, young lawyers exchange meetings, and joint activities with Zhiheng national branches. In addition, the meeting also discussed issues such as the division of work within the director's team.
