Lawyer Guo Chunyan shared the theme of "Pengxing - Violent Women and Children" Emergency Fund "Public Welfare Project, shared in detail the operation and harvest of the public welfare project, and put forward the problems encountered in the implementation process and future plans. The project was initiated by lawyer Liu Yanhua and carried out a one-year public welfare cooperation with Shenzhen Pengxing Domestic Violence Protection Center. Through lawyers on duty, calls and visits, etc., follow up on divorce disputes, labor protection for female employees, custody disputes, and domestic violence. From June to November 2024, a total of 16 Zhiheng lawyers received consultation at the Marriage and Family Mediation Center in Nanshan District, with a total of 181.5 hours on duty.

Lawyer Guo Chunyan said that the public interest lawyers participating in the project have made practical contributions to protecting the rights and interests of women and children, and on the basis of improving professional skills, they have also realized professional social value. In the future, Zhiheng Public Interest Committee will also establish a public interest lawyer database, conduct thematic exchanges, special seminars, and establish a mechanism for multi-department and multi-agency joint dispute resolution. To further deepen public interest services, expand the influence of the project, and allow more lawyers to participate, so as to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children who are victims of violence.

Director Liu Yanhua said that visitation rights are an important part of the protection of children's rights and interests after parents' divorce, and are potential factors that have a positive or negative impact on children's physical and mental health.
