It is reported that the "New Rain Plan" version 2.0 - the "One Class One" legal counselor project is a project launched by the Futian District Justice Bureau (District General Law Office), the District Education Bureau and the Youth League District Committee, in conjunction with the Ministry of Education's "Measures for the Appointment and Management of Vice Principals of Law in Primary and Secondary Schools", which will be officially implemented on May 1, 2022.

In this project, Zhiheng has selected a number of outstanding volunteer lawyers to serve as legal counselors in 11 classes of Shixia School in Futian District, with professional ability and public interest to help the construction of the rule of law and youth legal education. This public interest project will greatly improve the socialization and professionalism of the vice-principal (counselor) system of the rule of law, and comprehensively deepen and upgrade the "New Rain Plan" youth legal education and comprehensive governance work.
