At noon on September 6, 2024, the first stage work summary luncheon of Zhiheng People's Mediation Studio in Lianhuabei Community was successfully held. Liu Hong, deputy director of Zhiheng Headquarters Management Committee, Chai Yongxia, executive director of Zhiheng Headquarters, Liu Yanhua, member of Zhiheng Headquarters Management Committee and director of Public Welfare Committee, and two groups of lawyers on duty of Zhiheng People's Mediation Studio in Lianhuabei Community participated in the luncheon together.

Since the mediation studio of Lianhuabei Community Zhiheng Brand Law Firm was officially stationed on May 13 this year, the lawyers of Zhiheng Public Interest Legal Service Group have maintained a high public interest enthusiasm, rain or shine, and insisted on duty. As of September 6, they have participated in duty more than 90 times. In addition to providing on-site consultation and Q & A, they also actively participate in community mediation disputes, hold special lectures to residents, and serve community residents.

In order to further improve the working mechanism of the mediation room and give full play to the work efficiency of the mediation room more effectively, the Management Committee of

has decided to hold a phased work summary luncheon every Friday at noon. On the one hand, it collects the opinions and rationalization suggestions of the lawyers of the Public Welfare Legal Service Group during the duty process, and on the other hand, it listens to the opinions of the lawyers participating in the duty on the future development of the project.

At the first luncheon, two group members participated, and everyone spoke freely, discussing a total of 14 items from the duty mechanism, duty log requirements, duty work consultation scope, mediation room publicity and promotion, other public welfare services derived from the follow-up, and the promotion of law firm branding through public welfare.

Director Liu Hong and Director Liu Yanhua listened carefully to everyone's speeches and collected their suggestions. They will actively discuss with higher-level departments such as communities and streets in the future to make the project more effective.
