By releasing the "Annual Observation Report on Enterprise Environmental Compliance" and "Product Manual for Enterprise Environmental Compliance Legal Services" on the "6th Five-Year" Environmental Day, to help enterprises better understand the situation and trend of ecological environmental protection, provide information reference on environmental compliance management, and better help enterprises to develop with high quality.
Annual observation report on corporate environmental compliance
The annual observation report on environmental compliance of enterprises is compiled by members of Zhiheng National Environmental Protection Legal Service Research Center. The members of the green building team are all members of the environmental protection center and are deeply involved in the preparation of the report.
Enterprises are an important subject of ecological and environmental protection, the main responsibility bearer of ecological and environmental protection, and the main body that the Environmental Protection Center focuses on. In order to help enterprises better understand the situation of ecological and environmental protection and provide information reference on environmental compliance management, the Environmental Protection Center has decided to release the "Annual Observation Report on Enterprise Environmental Compliance" on the "June 5th" Environmental Day every year.
The report is mainly from the perspective of enterprises, from the three angles of annual environmental protection legislation, law enforcement and justice, to sort out and summarize the changes in the regulations of enterprises, analyze the possible impact of changes on enterprises, and put forward opinions and suggestions on optimizing and improving the environmental compliance management of enterprises, to help enterprises do a good job in environmental compliance.
The report released this time is an observation report for 2023, which is mainly divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the changes in the main regulations related to environmental protection in 2023, and sorts out the important changes from the macro policy level, legislative level, law enforcement level, judicial level and management level, and analyzes the impact on enterprises.
The second part mainly analyzes the impact of changes in environmental protection requirements on enterprise environmental protection management, and enumerates the new higher requirements, opportunities and challenges. The third part mainly introduces the management methods of enterprise environmental compliance to deal with new challenges, mainly from the value, feasibility and main content of enterprise environmental compliance.
