Zhang Zhengqian has been practicing as a lawyer since he resigned from the public sector. Shenzhen was one of the first to obtain the "Lawyer Qualification Certificate for Legal Services in Securities Business", but gave up the IPO business and chose to litigate. During the practice of lawyers, he led the resolution of various major difficult and complex cases, or cross-cases of civil and criminal law, or corporate compliance, or project business negotiations.
Among them, he represented one of the 10 famous cases in China in the 20th century, which had a profound impact on the construction of China's legal system. The case was also included in the selection of 40 classic cases during the 40 years of restoration of lawyers in Guangdong Province.
