Director Jiang Guanghua concluded that the characteristics of law enforcement are long time span and high risk, and the role is to focus on finding and use professional tools boldly. There are three types of execution tools that allow lawyers to play a role in execution, namely, rational use of investigation tools to excavate property, implementation measures, and expansion of the subject of execution.

Director Jiang Guanghua pointed out that the choice of execution cases is greater than the effort, and the selection of cases also pays attention to "hope", "smell", "ask" and "cut". By doing a good job of analysis, lawyers can play a better role.
