Director Wang proposed that in criminal-civil cross-border business, solving problems and avoiding risks are the fundamental needs of customers. Director Wang Zhenghua concluded that criminal lawyers learn civil procedures, civil lawyers master criminal thinking, and create criminal-civil cross-border legal products can achieve the effect of enhancing customer stickiness and expanding the market.
