Director Guo Liang first introduced the historical origin of the crime of rape, and explained the development of rape in history and the discussion of various rights angles by citing classics and references. He conducted an in-depth analysis of the five types and coercive means of rape in combination with handling cases, and summarized the defense strategies and directions of different types of rape cases.

Director Guo Liang mentioned that since rape often occurs in private places, in cases where the defendant and the victim disagree, criminal defense lawyers should comprehensively consider the facts and evidence of the whole case and strictly review them, and develop effective defense strategies through a deep and sober understanding.

Lawyer Li Ka-shing said that the defense of rape cases is challenging, and the requirements for proof from arrest, evidence collection to conviction are much lower than those in other criminal cases. Public prosecution agencies often presume suspects are guilty based solely on the victim's confession, but rape cases also require lawyers to face false accusations and return to the objective facts of the case to protect innocent people from injustice.

Then he shared with the on-site lawyer the defense ideas and strategies of rape cases, and summarized the defense strategies of three types of rape cases and the review methods of evidence in combination with the classic cases of pro-handling, so as to put forward the defense viewpoint of innocence or light guilt to the judicial organ more rationally and safeguard the fairness and justice of the law.
