Lecture on the theme of "Legal Practice of Cohabitation Disputes"

Lawyer Guo Chunyan briefly introduced the definition of cohabitation, expounded the changes in the causes of cohabitation disputes and the changes in litigation claims, and analyzed in depth the factors considered in cohabitation and property disputes and other legal issues such as the principle of adjudication. Lawyer Guo Chunyan concluded that there are five principles for adjudication of cohabitation and property disputes. First, agreement takes precedence. Second, personal income belongs to personal property. Third, it takes care of the rights and interests of women and children. Fourth, it takes care of the innocent party. Fifth, property confusion considers multiple factors to determine the division ratio and compensation.

Lawyer Lu Rui said that the types of custody disputes can be roughly divided into two types, one is the custody relationship dispute, and the other is the maintenance fee dispute. Then he discussed the ownership of custody rights in different situations such as both parents want to fight for custody rights and one party competes for child custody rights by improper means, and analyzed the practical points of maintenance fee disputes in various situations. Lawyer Lu Rui's sharing is comprehensive and meticulous, which has a strong reference for the practical operation of maintenance disputes.

Director Liu Yanhua shared the recent hot event of "How Zong Qinghou's daughter Zong Fuli will complete the inheritance", briefly explained the main points of the only-daughter family's wealth inheritance planning, and summarized six suggestions: parents make wills in time; daughters sign pre-marital property agreements and make wills; carefully cultivate and forget gender; cash inheritance recommends choosing insurance or trust; business inheritance, it is recommended to establish a family trust in advance; inheritance planning, as soon as possible.
