This luncheon was specially invited to Liu Hong, deputy director of Zhiheng Management Committee and director of the company's legal affairs center. Director Liu Hong's speech was sincere and emotional. He shared his experience before entering the legal profession and his mental journey on the road to practicing law, and summarized the core elements of a lawyer's growth: love, platform adaptability, past experience and network resources, and enough diligence and savvy. Director Liu Hong said that lawyers should have a clear positioning, fully understand the industry, cherish their feathers, and establish a good reputation. At the same time, they should pursue the characteristics of big-name lawyers: strong learning ability, keen market sense and self-disciplined lifestyle.
