On the afternoon of December 14, 2023, the lecture "Sharing of the Practice Theme of Marriage and Family Affairs and Wealth Inheritance Lawyers" organized by

From the perspective of non-litigation practice, she systematically sorted out different types of legal disputes after divorce, focusing on how to prevent and resolve disputes, and analyzed the application of law in typical cases from a practical perspective. In response to the common problems and misunderstandings of marriage lawyers and parties in formulating divorce agreements, she gave suggestions for avoiding risks in the case.

Director Liu Yanhua's sharing starts from three aspects: the path of non-litigation resolution of inheritance, cases of complex inheritance environment, and technical thinking from the perspective of non-litigation. Director Liu Yanhua starts from the rich experience of dealing with complex inheritance disputes, explains typical cases, deeply analyzes the causes of complex inheritance disputes, and provides non-litigation resolution paths. He also mentioned that in practice, attention should be paid to legal risks such as the authenticity of wills and the rights and interests of minors, and fully considers the influence of complex factors such as emotions and interest demands.
