Lawyer Gan Dingzhong expounded the background and significance of the introduction of this system, and comprehensively explained the meaning and main content of the leniency system for guilty plea and punishment from the process of creating the leniency system to the third amendment of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.
