Zhiheng lawyer won the bidding for a central enterprise in Beijing 560 million yuan special project legal service project
On October 16, 2023, Zhiheng and a central enterprise in Beijing successfully signed 560 million special project legal service contract.
The signing of this contract originated from the response issued by a central enterprise in Beijing on the electronic procurement platform on July 31, 2023. After receiving the invite tenders information, lawyer Zhang Zhenggan, dean of Zhiheng College and senior partner of Zhiheng Headquarters Equity, and his team participated in the bidding.
The competition in this tender is intense. According to the aerospace electronic procurement platform, a total of seven law firms across the country participated in this tender. On August 16, 2023, lawyer Zhang Zhenggan led a team of lawyers Liu Qinyi and Cheng Xiaolu to Beijing for the first bidding.
According to the requirements, the on-site bidding is divided into two stages for a total of three hours. Due to the high level of confidentiality and complexity of the materials involved in the case, the specific details of the case can only be read and understood on the spot, that is, the first hour of the bidding is first to review the materials, and the second two hours are required to immediately give feedback, conduct case exchange analysis and processing. Time is tight and highly stressful. Lawyer Zhang Zhengqian's explanation and analysis of the specific case attracted the attention of the bidding unit. 00pm was extended by one hour to 6:00 pm.

A week later, three law firms were shortlisted and received invitations for a second bid, and Zhiheng was one of them. This bid had three requirements, first stating the litigation plan and estimated time of the case, and second stating the successful case of the lawyer team. On August 29, 2023, Director Zhang Zhengqian led a team of eight lawyers, Gan Dingzhong, Zhang Hui, Wang Zhenghua, Huo Yujie, Xing Tingting, Ke Dongsheng, and Cheng Xiaolu, to Beijing to participate in the final round of bidding.
At the site of the second bid, lawyer Zhang Zhengqian started with past successful cases, emphasizing the basic principles, direction, and special handling methods of this project, which won the approval of everyone present.
Through two rounds of full bidding and multiple communications, on October 16, 2023, Zhiheng successfully signed a 560 million special project legal service contract with a central enterprise in Beijing.

Zhang Zhengqian has been practicing as a lawyer since he resigned from the public sector. Shenzhen was one of the first to obtain the "Lawyer Qualification Certificate for Legal Services in Securities Business", but gave up the IPO business and chose to litigate.
