Lawyer Wu Yaping first briefly introduced the current situation of computer software copyright litigation. The number of computer software copyright cases is on the rise, with the most concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places. Then, starting from the legal provisions of computer software copyright protection, Lawyer Wu explained the scope of protection, originality requirements, and possible infringement of computer software copyright. Combined with typical cases, he elaborated on the identification of infringement, collection of evidence, determination of litigation targets, and other litigation paths.
