On the afternoon of August 31, 2023, the training hosted by Zhiheng Criminal Center - "Criminal Site Inspection and Inspection Learning Sharing Session" was successfully held. Lawyer Hong Zhixiong first briefly introduced the overview of on-site inspection. The basic concept of on-site inspection is the investigation of the crime scene, with the purpose of discovering, fixing and extracting traces related to the crime. Lawyer Hong explained in detail the legal basis and specific practices of on-site inspection, and shared the cross-examination method in combination with the case.
Hong lawyer said that lawyers should pay attention to whether the inspection personnel are certified, whether the witnesses are irrelevant to the case and other issues, and cross-examine the on-site inspection and inspection from the perspective of procedural compliance.
