The "Consumer Infrastructure REITs Forum" co-hosted by Zhiheng Housing Construction Center was successfully held

On August 26, 2023, after many days of preparation, the "Consumer Infrastructure REITs Forum" co-organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance MBA (Bay Area), Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance South China Alumni Association, Guangdong

, and co-organized by Xianji Think Tank and Land Finance Association was successfully held in the large conference room of Zhiheng headquarters.

This forum is divided into the first and second halves. The first half is a theme sharing for special guests, chaired by Mr. Gan Qiu; the second half is a roundtable forum for special guests to freely exchange ideas on "Opportunities and Challenges for the Development of Consumer Infrastructure Public Offering REITS", chaired by Mr. Liu Xianming.

Under the chairpersonship of Mr. Liu Xianming, General Manager of SDIC UBS Fund Real Estate Investment Center, around the theme of "Opportunities and Challenges for the Development of Consumer Infrastructure Public Offering REITS", they raised relevant hot issues to the guests. The guests spoke enthusiastically and expressed their opinions based on their own experience. They expressed their opinions on hot issues one after another, and also answered the confusion of the participants on hot issues, deepening everyone's understanding of the market trend.
