Lawyer Zhiheng was invited to participate in the 2nd Forum on Difficult Implementation Issues
On May 27, 2023, lawyer Xie Yan and lawyer Tian Kai, founding partners of Guangdong Zhiheng (Xi'an) Law Firm (in preparation) (hereinafter referred to as: Zhiheng Xi'an Branch (in preparation)), were invited to Northwest University of Political Science and Law to participate in the Second Forum on Difficult Issues in Enforcement. The forum was sponsored by the Civil Procedure Law Research Association of Shaanxi Law Society, the Civil and Commercial Law School of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, the Shaanxi Bar Association, and the Civil Procedure Department of the Civil and Commercial Law School, and was undertaken by Xi'an Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center.
More than 200 people attended the meeting, including Yang Jianjun, a first-level inspector of Shaanxi Law Society, Bai Xiaofeng, deputy dean of the Civil and Commercial Law School of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and Gao Jianzhong, vice president of Shaanxi Bar Association.
Forum site
The forum looked at the difficult issue of enforcement from different perspectives from academic perspectives, judges' perspectives, and lawyers' perspectives. Academic experts, former enforcement judges, and senior enforcement lawyers combined their own experiences and practical cases to analyze in detail "the difficulties of enforcement, the non-traditional measures involved in enforcement, how to better assist in solving difficult problems in enforcement, and how to better communicate well between enforcement judges and lawyers", and explained the development trend of enforcement to the on-site guests.
The scene was fiercely clashed with sparks, which made the guests hooked.
