At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Shanhua, director of the Management Committee of Zhiheng Headquarters, warmly welcomed the arrival of the leaders of Shenzhen University and expressed the hope to carry out all-round, multi-channel and multi-departmental cooperation with Shenzhen University in the future, so that students can have more opportunities to go out of the campus to gain practical training skills and cultivate high-quality talents.

Chai Yongxia, executive director of Zhiheng Headquarters, said that the next three to five years will be a period of great turmoil and great change in the development of the legal industry in the Greater Bay Area. Zhiheng will build a first-class strong firm that deeply cultivates the Bay Area, has a national layout and serves the world, is based on the local area and goes international. Zhiheng will give full play to the strengths of the law firm in the Greater Bay Area and walk out of the development path with the characteristics of the Greater Bay Area. The formal establishment of the Hong Kong branch is the first step to go international.

In the future, more foreign-related legal talents will be needed to help Zhiheng go international. In the future, the "Foreign-related Legal Talent Incubation Camp" will be used as a platform to create more job opportunities for Shenzhen University Law School, and at the same time strengthen the professional talent team of Zhiheng.
