Shenzhen land history legacy problem handling practice
On the afternoon of March 2, 2023, sponsored by the Urban Renewal Professional Committee of Zhiheng Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center, the theme sharing meeting of "Shenzhen Land History Legacy Problem Handling Practice" presented by lawyer Li Huijie was held in the conference room No. 3 of Zhiheng Headquarters. The sharing meeting was chaired by Li Mei, secretary general of the Urban Renewal Professional Committee.
Lawyer Li Huijie introduced the historical evolution of our country and Shenzhen's land system, and shared practical experience in dealing with Shenzhen's land historical legacy problems.
The evolution of our country's land system can be roughly divided into four periods: the implementation period of the "Common Programme", the implementation period of the May 4th Constitution, the implementation period of the July 5th and July 8th Constitutions and the reform and opening up to the present.
