Party building leads the way, jointly embarking on a new journey for the Zhiheng Real Estate Investment, Financing, and M&A Professional Committee.

In accordance with the Zhiheng Party Committee’s work plan of “using Party building to promote firm development,” and to ensure that Party-building activities within the branch are carried out smoothly and in an orderly manner, the Zhiheng Party Committee organized a seminar on “Integrating Party Building with Professional Development.” The branch leadership, the director, and all committee members engaged in discussions on how to effectively integrate Party building with professional development and how to ensure close coordination and collaboration in the future growth of the professional committees. The meeting was chaired by Attorney Deng Jie, Deputy Director of the Real Estate Investment, Financing, and M&A Professional Committee, and was held in a hybrid online–offline format. At the seminar, Li Huahong, Director of the Real Estate Investment, Financing, and M&A Professional Committee, led participants in an in-depth analysis of key sections of the report from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thereby deepening their understanding of the Congress’s important principles and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s significant address. The report reviews and summarizes the work of the past five years and the great transformations of the past decade in the new era, and expounds on such topics as opening up new horizons in the sinicization and modernization of Marxism, as well as the distinctive features and essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization.
