's Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center was held in Conference Room 1 of Zhiheng Shenzhen Headquarters (22nd Floor, Radio and Television Financial Center). The meeting was attended by the director and deputy director of the Urban Redevelopment Commission, and was chaired by Li Mei, secretary general of the Urban Redevelopment Commission.

At the beginning of the meeting, lawyer Liang Rong, director of the Urban Security Commission, introduced the purpose of this meeting, mainly planning the future work arrangements of the Urban Security Commission and determining the pre-training arrangements.

Liang Rong, a lawyer, said that most members of the current urban renewal committee do not understand urban renewal, and may not have actually been exposed to real estate business. Therefore, it is envisaged to set up three courses in the learning and accumulation stage to achieve the goal of gradually transitioning from basic knowledge training to practical guidance, and lead members to understand the full range of urban renewal legal business, so that members can increase their business experience while generating business income.

Lawyer Li Huijie, deputy director of the Urban Renewal Commission, believes that the three-phase course sharing set up in the learning accumulation stage should be gradually in-depth and gradual. First, lead the members to understand the various links and sections of urban renewal legal business, and then establish the concept that urban renewal legal business is not mysterious and can be entered from different angles for everyone.

Lawyer Wang Qionghua, deputy director of the Urban Renewal Commission, said that in the third training program, three to five experts in the industry can be invited to the law firm to share, including well-known lawyers, legal directors of real estate companies, and long-term colleagues working in the first line of urban renewal, etc., with a focus on sharing the practical experience of urban renewal legal business with members and improving their application ability.

After the research and discussion of the responsible persons, the planning arrangement for the three courses set up by the Urban Security Commission in the learning accumulation stage was determined, and the three directors started the formulation of the first course, striving to share it in mid-December this year. The meeting was a complete success.
