The inaugural meeting of Zhiheng Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center was successfully held
At 3:00 p.m. on November 24, 2022, the inaugural meeting of the Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center of
was held in the main conference room at Zhiheng’s Shenzhen headquarters (22nd floor, Guangdian Financial Center). The conference was chaired by Lin Qiqi, Secretary-General of the Residential Construction Research Center.
At the outset of the meeting, Gu Xiaocheng, Executive Director of Zhiheng Qianhai Branch, took the floor. Director Gu stated that the establishment of the Housing Construction Research Center would not have been possible without the collective efforts of all involved, nor without the full support and active participation of everyone present. Director Gu expressed his hope that, upon its establishment, the Housing Construction Research Center, under the leadership of Director Zhang ShanHua and Executive Director Li HuaHong, will achieve professional expertise accumulation, resource integration, and a significant leap in business development.
Subsequently, Zhang ShanHua, Director of the Real Estate Research Center at
, and Li HuaHong, Executive Director, took the floor. Director Zhang Shanhuá stated that Zhiheng boasts a first-class administrative team that is highly efficient and possesses strong execution capabilities. This not only defines Zhiheng’s speed but also constitutes one of its core competitive advantages. He also expressed his gratitude to the administrative team for their outstanding contributions to the establishment of the Real Estate Construction Research Center.
Director Zhang Shanhuá expressed his hope that, following the establishment of the Housing Construction Research Center, all activities and tasks will be effectively implemented, and that all members will actively participate in the center’s initiatives, truly acquiring knowledge and gaining valuable experience, thereby fostering the integration and advancement of their respective fields. He also voiced strong confidence in the future development of the Housing Construction Research Center.
Executive Director Li Huahong stated, “We will steadfastly center our efforts on professional development, leverage our expertise to expand our business resources, build the firm’s and the center’s brand, and enhance our social impact. This will empower Zhiheng’s journey toward becoming a leading law firm and support its scalable growth. At the same time, we will strive to create a platform that fosters a strong sense of belonging while enabling all members to achieve rapid professional growth.”
Executive Director Li Huahong hopes that all members will leverage the advantages of the Greater Bay Area and the demonstration zone, and, seizing the development opportunities presented by Zhiheng’s position as a leading professional firm, fully utilize the resources of the Housing Construction Research Center platform to set sail and embark on a new journey!
The third item on the agenda is the unveiling ceremony of the Zhiheng Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center. Gu Xiaocheng, Executive Director of Zhiheng Qianhai Branch; Zhang Shanhuа, Director of the Residential Construction Research Center; Li Huahong, Executive Director; and Li Weixiang, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Guangdong
, jointly took to the stage to unveil the plaque.
The Zhiheng Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center was officially inaugurated.

Subsequently, Gu Xiaocheng, Executive Director of Zhiheng’s Qianhai Branch; Zhang Shanhuа, Director of the Residential Construction Research Center; and Li Huahong, Executive Director, presented the lawyers with their appointment certificates. The directors, deputy directors, and secretary-general of each specialized committee of the Real Estate Construction Research Center were elected by all attending lawyers through a secret ballot, in accordance with the principles of fairness, openness, and impartiality.
Director Gu Xiaocheng presented the appointment certificate to the Director of the Real Estate and Construction Engineering Research Center.
Director Zhang Shanhuā and Executive Director Li Huahong presented certificates to the center’s directors, vice directors, and secretary-general of each specialized committee.
The final item on the agenda was speeches by the chairpersons of the various specialized committees (the Real Estate Investment, Financing, and M&A Committee; the Construction Engineering Committee; the Urban Renewal Committee; the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Committee; and the Non-Performing Real Estate Assets Disposal Committee).
