Then, the director of the risk control department, Mao Wandi, gave a lecture on the changes in the lawyer's fee standard. The Guangdong Province lawyer industry standard in 2006 has been abolished, and the notice of the Ministry of Justice and other three ministries in 2021 still needs to be followed. All pricing items and pricing contents involving central pricing in the province are implemented according to the central pricing catalogue.

Among them, Mao Wandi said that with the improvement of various systems in our country for the lawyer industry, risk agency fees will become more and more standardized, lawyer service fees, fees paid on behalf of the client, travel expenses should be collected in compliance, and lawyer fees must be invoiced, go through the formal process.

Zhiheng will strictly implement the relevant requirements, standardize the charging behavior of lawyers' services, strictly limit lawyers' risk agency fees, and achieve fair, open and reasonable fees, and continue to be at the forefront of the professionalization and standardization of the lawyer industry.
