The first full meeting of the Patent Committee of Zhiheng Intellectual Property Center was successfully held

On the afternoon of October 24, 2022, the first full meeting of the Patent Committee of the Intellectual Property Center of Guangdong

was held at the Zhiheng headquarters through online + offline format. The meeting was chaired by Xia Jing, Secretary General of the Patent Commission. Li Weixiang, Director of Zhiheng Intellectual Property Center, Zhang Ping, Deputy Director, Wang Qionghua, Secretary General, and all members of the Patent Commission were invited to attend the meeting.

Director Li of the Intellectual Property Center expressed his support and emphasis on the work of the Patent Commission, emphasized the mission of the Patent Commission to be at the forefront, and put forward four requirements for the follow-up work of the Patent Commission: 1. Pay attention to the construction of talents, find out the professional and practice advantages of the members of the Patent Commission, give full play to the professional advantages of various lawyers in the follow-up work, and build a professional team covering the whole field; consider attracting more patent talents and expanding the size of the patent team; 2. Pay attention to business development, focus on external offices, and strive to open up external markets; 3. Pay attention to rules, and allocate internal resources through fair mechanism construction and integrate internal resources; 4 Attach importance to team management and the management of centralized professionals, striving to do high-quality and high-end business.

The deputy director of the Intellectual Property Center expressed his approval of the Patent Committee, believing that the Patent Committee is a highly efficient and dynamic team. While doing its own work well, it should strengthen cooperation and strive for follow-up linkage with other committees of the Intellectual Property Center, as well as linkage with Zhiheng centers, and strive to provide customers with the whole industry chain services and digest the legal business of the whole industry chain.

During the meeting, the members of the Zhiheng Patent Committee introduced themselves (including the introduction of professional fields) and expressed their views on the follow-up work of the Patent Committee. Lawyer Yang Xiaoming, Director of the Patent Committee of the Intellectual Property Center, elaborated on the work plan and goals of the current two-year term of the Patent Committee.
