Shenzhen Futian District Law Commission Law Firm Development and Management Work Center held the first working meeting

At 10 am on July 14, the Law Firm Development and Management Work Center of Shenzhen Futian District Law Work Committee held its first working meeting at Guangdong

on the 22nd floor of the Radio and Television Financial Center. Li Jingwu, Deputy Director of Futian District Law Work Committee, Sun Chunqiao, Secretary General, Chai Yongxia, Director of Law Firm Development and Management Work Center of Futian District Law Work Committee, Deputy Director Liu Min, Officer Huang Youqi, Tang Guyue, Li Zhan, Dong Panling, and Huang Min attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chai Yongxia, Director of Development and Management Work Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Jingwu, deputy director of the Futian District Law Commission, first introduced the current situation of the management of the lawyer industry, emphasizing the importance of the Law Commission Law Firm Development and Management Work Center to guide the management of law firms, and put forward the hope that the staff of the center will go out, expand the scope of the center's work, and carry out various forms of activities.

At the same time, Director Li also raised the current problems in the development of small and medium-sized law firms, and suggested that the development of the legal profession should be promoted through integration. Finally, he emphasized that the Law Commission Law Firm Development and Management Work Center should have a clear division of labor, coordinate and cooperate, and create an operation model with its own characteristics, so that a wave of people can go out first, so that the Futian legal profession can go national and global.

The members attending the meeting introduced themselves in turn, put forward their opinions and suggestions on the work plan of the center, and made enthusiastic speeches on the work they are about to participate in and how to use their talents to perform their duties.

Afterwards, Director Sun Chunqiao, Secretary-General of the Futian District Law Work Committee, delivered a speech. Director Sun first congratulated the establishment of the Law Commission Law Firm Development and Management Work Center, and put forward suggestions for future work plans, pointing out the work orientation and significance of the Development and Management Center from the perspective of Shenzhen and Futian District respectively.

Director Sun said that law firms should strengthen communication inside and outside of work and familiarize themselves with each other, so that the law firms in Futian District can become a fighting collective. In addition, Director Sun also pointed out that with the expansion of the legal team, the management of the industry will continue to increase. Lawyers' behavior should be based on compliance and improve the image of lawyers in the eyes of the public.

The participants had a lively discussion on the future work plan of the Law Firm Development and Management Work Center of the Law Work Commission, and they spoke enthusiastically and put forward many new work ideas. Everyone agreed that through visits, forums and other forms, work highlights can be further created and work results can be improved. At the same time, it is necessary to refine the management department and mature the management model.

The members also jointly discussed the relevant issues of the administrative training and exchange mechanism of the law firm, expressing the need to pay attention to the training of young talents, work in coordination with the Judicial Bureau and relevant departments, and absorb advanced work experience. The meeting also made arrangements for the recent work and pointed out the direction for the follow-up work of the center.
