Leaders of CITIC Securities and China CITIC Bank Qianhai Branch Visited Guangdong Zhiheng Law Firm for Exchange and Guidance

Li Weixiang, founding partner of Zhiheng; Chai Yongxia, executive director of Zhiheng’s headquarters; Gu Xiaoching, executive director of the Qianhai branch; as well as equity senior partners Attorney Li Huahong and Attorney Feng Chuanjun, along with Attorneys Wang Ce and He Min, extended a warm welcome to the leadership of CITIC Securities and the Qianhai Branch of CITIC Bank, and hosted them with great hospitality.

for a visit and exchange.
After the leaders of CITIC Securities and the Qianhai Branch of CITIC Bank arrived at
, Chai Yongxia, Executive Director of Zhiheng’s headquarters, escorted the delegation from CITIC Securities and the Qianhai Branch of CITIC Bank on a tour of the firm’s premises and provided a brief overview of the various conference rooms.
Following the tour, both parties proceeded to the Zhicheng Law Firm headquarters conference room to exchange views and discuss potential cooperation in various fields, including securities, REITs, and ABS.
At the outset of the roundtable discussion, Founder Li Weixiang delivered a speech. Director Li expressed his hope for future joint cooperation and growth between Zhiheng and CITIC Securities, as well as the Qianhai Branch of CITIC Bank, stating, “Zhiheng will also provide more resources and opportunities and will certainly go all out in our collaboration.”
Zhu Yuanyuan, Vice President of the Bond Financing Division at CITIC Securities, briefly outlined the firm’s development history, current operations, and future prospects. In particular, the presentation also provided a detailed overview of securities-related business, REITs, ABS, and other relevant topics.
Mr. Liu Yuling, General Manager of the Shenzhen Branch of CITIC Securities located on Shennan Middle Road, expressed full appreciation for
’s professional office environment and its development, and expressed his hope for mutually beneficial cooperation with Zhiheng.
It is worth noting that today also marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Shennan Middle Road Branch of CITIC Securities in Shenzhen. To visit and exchange ideas at Zhiheng on this very day can truly be described as “joy upon joy.” In this regard, Zhihengfang has also extended its sincere blessings to CITIC.
Subsequently, Director Chai provided a more detailed introduction of Zhiheng to all the guests present. Director Chai stated that, following its transformation last year, Zhiheng is currently in a period of rapid growth and greatly needs CITIC’s integration and guidance in its business operations. We also hope that, through our collaboration with CITIC, we can lay an even stronger foundation for Zhiheng’s securities business and other related sectors in the future.
Attorney Li Huahong exchanged views with CITIC on matters related to cooperation between the law firm and the securities industry. The discussion was lively, and the atmosphere was cordial.
