On April 22, 2022, at 3:00 pm, the special lecture on company law initiated by the Shareholder Litigation Research Association - "Six Major Impacts of the Draft Amendment to the Company Law on Litigation Practice" was successfully held at Guangdong
on the 22nd floor of the Radio and Television Financial Center as scheduled. Nearly 100 lawyers in Shenzhen attended, and the response was enthusiastic and the praise was rave.
This lecture was presided over by Chai Yongxia, managing partner and executive director of
