On the afternoon of December 29, 2025, Zhiheng (Shanghai) Law Firm successfully held its “Unite in Heart, Advance with Resolve, Embark on a New Journey” integration and exchange event, along with an end-of-year welcome and birthday celebration, in the Hong Kong Hall. Jin Dan, Executive Director of Zhiheng Shanghai; Senior Equity Partners Ouyang Ling’e and Sha Jun; Partner Wang Yuanyu; and Deputy Director of the International Investment and Trade Department, Luo Yuting. and all members of the law firm were in attendance.
This event combined activities such as a welcome for new members, birthday celebrations, an awards ceremony and exchange session, and New Year’s festivities, showcasing Zhiheng Shanghai’s team culture of unity, progress, warmth, and harmony.

Message from the Executive Director
In his address, Director Jin Dan reviewed Zhiheng Shanghai’s growth and breakthroughs in 2025 and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all team members for their hard work. She specifically noted that Zhiheng ranked 26th in the 2025 edition of the “Top 100 Largest Law Firms in China” list, representing a year-on-year increase of 102%—a testament to the collective efforts of all our colleagues.
Director Jin hopes to take this event as an opportunity to further enhance internal integration, encourage more lawyers to participate in the co‑construction of the platform, and achieve synergistic development for a mutually beneficial future.

Welcome to the New Students
Li Yuanyuan, Li Xiaobei, Li Zizhuo, Liu Yang, Chen Huidan, and several other newly admitted lawyers each took the stage and delivered remarks during the welcome session. Each attorney not only presented their professional background and areas of expertise but also articulated their vision for growth upon joining the Zhiheng family, demonstrating their confidence and aspirations for their future career development.
Director Jin Dan presented each newly hired lawyer with an onboarding gift and a Zhiheng badge. This ceremony symbolizes the official start of their new professional chapter at Zhiheng Shanghai.

Fourth-Quarter Birthday Party
To the sound of cheerful birthday songs, colleagues celebrating their birthdays this quarter gathered together to receive heartfelt wishes from everyone. The law firm prepared birthday gifts and a cake for the birthday celebrants. Under the soft glow of candlelight, smiling faces lit up as everyone made a wish together, with warmth spreading among them.
New Year’s Day Celebration
Finally, everyone wrote their wishes for the new year on wish cards and placed them into the wish blind box. The DIY rubbings-and-framing activity was brimming with creative joy and conveyed a heartfelt wish for a smooth and prosperous new year.
