Zhiheng News | Leye goes to the autumn preface and gathers together in Zhiheng - Zhiheng Qianhai to carry out the theme team building activity of "Strong Party Building, Welcome Double Festival, Happy Camping, Progress Together"

The crisp autumn breeze brings relief, and the bright moon is nearly full. To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, further strengthen the Party’s leadership within the firm, enhance team cohesion, and enrich the professional staff’s extracurricular cultural life, Guangdong Zhiheng (Qianhai) Law Firm hosted a themed team-building event at Xinghu Campsite titled “Embrace Autumn in Nature, Unite as One at Zhiheng — Strengthen Party Building, Welcome the Dual Holidays, Enjoy Camping, and Advance Together.”

All colleagues gathered together, basking in the relaxed atmosphere of an autumn outdoor camping experience, to learn about Party building, celebrate the dual holidays, and strengthen their camaraderie. The host of this team-building event is Attorney Liang Jiamei from Zhiheng Qianhai.

At the start of the event, colleagues arrived at the camp one after another, completed check-in in an orderly manner, and collected their wish cards. Everyone picked up their pens to write down heartfelt holiday wishes and their hopes for the future development of Zhiheng Qianhai. Each wish card, filled with sincere sentiments, was hung on the wishing rope, creating a warm and touching scene at the event.

Party building leads, uniting efforts for shared progress

This team-building event prioritizes Party building, bringing the thematic study of Party construction to an outdoor camping venue. Party members gathered together and, under the leadership of Yue Zanchuan, the organizing committee member of the Qihang Qianhai Party Branch, engaged in thematic study. In a relaxed atmosphere, they reflected on and put into practice what they learned, integrating theoretical study with the practical aspects of their legal practice, thereby ensuring that team building is both meaningful and that Party building is conducted in depth.

After the training concluded, everyone gathered for a group photo, capturing the spirit of Zhiheng Qianhai—united in purpose and forging ahead with determination.

Evening Breeze Chat, Fun Board Games

The evening breeze gently blows, the campsite lights come on one by one, and food and drinks are served at the tables. Colleagues gathered in small groups—some sat around a table, honing their skills at the card game “Guan Dian”; others teamed up for a friendly game of billiards; and still others chatted casually, discussing work and life, finally letting go of the tension that comes with their daily routines. Amid the fireworks and the evening breeze, everyone relaxed, grew closer, and quietly awaited the start of the evening’s official program.

Wishing you well on both holidays—let’s raise a glass in celebration!

At 6:00 PM, the team-building themed gala officially begins. Everyone raised their glasses in unison, offering heartfelt wishes for the prosperity and strength of our motherland, for the health and happiness of all colleagues and their families during the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays, and for Zhiheng Qianhai to advance steadily and achieve lasting success.

Birthday surprise, filled with warmth

The gala featured a heartwarming surprise for a group birthday celebration. Taking advantage of the festive occasion of the dual holidays, birthday wishes were extended on-site to all Zhizhong Qianhai lawyers celebrating their birthdays in September. The birthday cake was slowly wheeled to the front of the stage, and everyone in the room sang “Happy Birthday.” The birthday celebrants closed their eyes to make a wish and blew out the candles.

The birthday celebrants also extended their heartfelt wishes in turn, wishing the law firm continued prosperity and all colleagues every success. A simple yet deeply ceremonial moment has brought every member of the Zhiheng family closer together.

Luck is with you, with a wealth of great gifts!

The long-awaited prize draw has officially begun, and the atmosphere at the venue has instantly reached a fever pitch! The raffles unfolded one after another, with suspense and anticipation intertwined, as cheers and applause echoed continuously throughout the camp. With each round of winners announced, the lucky participants took to the stage beaming with joy. Many of them also shared their excitement on the spot, sending the festive atmosphere into wave after wave of exhilarating peaks.

Joyful moments always fly by. As the various themed activities came to a close, this dual-holiday team-building event concluded successfully.

This team-building event was both an immersive session of Party‑building education and a heartwarming reunion for our “family.” In the days to come, the colleagues of Zhiheng Qianhai will carry forward the warmth of this autumnal evening and the bonds of camaraderie, nurturing a deep sense of patriotism and staying true to their original commitment to the law. They will transform the unity and warmth gained from this gathering into the confidence and strength needed for their daily work and duties, moving forward together with steadfast resolve on the new journey that lies ahead.
