• The firm has represented numerous high-profile and complex cases nationwide, including the “If You Are the One” trademark infringement case, litigation involving Carmen and the NOME series, as well as several trade‑secret cases concerning Jieshun, Shadow, French Microwave Vision, and Zhuoyi, among others, along with hundreds of additional lawsuits involving patent, trademark, copyright, and trade‑secret infringements.

• The “KM” trademark infringement case series involves nearly 100 administrative enforcement cases, one criminal case, one trademark invalidation case, and nearly 30 civil cases. This incident has shaken the entire nation and marks the first-ever case in the fast-fashion industry. Among them, the case of “Guangdong Guangzhou Carmen Industrial Co., Ltd. suspected of selling goods bearing counterfeit registered trademarks—withdrawal of the decision to initiate a criminal investigation” was selected by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate as a typical case of intellectual property protection in 2019 and by the Guangdong Provincial People’s Procuratorate as the first typical case of intellectual property protection for 2019. It was also included in the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s twenty-sixth batch of guiding cases (Guiding Case No. 99).

• 1. Trademark infringement dispute case between Shenzhen Zhenai.com Information Technology Co., Ltd., Jin Ahuan, and Jiangsu Provincial Radio and Television Station—first and second instance (a nationally prominent case: the “If You Are the One” trademark infringement case, selected by the Supreme People’s Court and other institutions as a typical national intellectual property case, and ranked first in the “2015 Top Ten Chinese Intellectual Property Judgment Cases of Greatest Research Value”).

• Dispute over Infringement of a Utility Model Patent between Haojia Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Daling Industrial Co., Ltd. (recognized as one of Guangdong’s Top Ten Typical Intellectual Property Cases of the Year)
