I am Zhang ShanHua, currently serving as a Director for the China Region at

Attorney Zhang Shanhu has a distinguished legal career spanning four years as a faculty member at a university law school, five years of legal training at a central state-owned enterprise, 31 years as a practicing attorney, and 14 years as an arbitrator. He possesses a keen understanding of policies, laws, and industry trends, backed by extensive practical experience. He is particularly adept at helping clients resolve complex, challenging, and long-standing issues through negotiation, communication, and settlement.

We have provided end-to-end legal services for multiple key municipal projects, including the debt‑restructuring project for the stalled “Nancheng Shopping Plaza” in Shenzhen, the debt‑restructuring and developer‑change project for “Software Park Building,” the resolution of long‑standing issues related to the “Jinkui Feng Garden” project—handled under the direct supervision of the Shenzhen Mayor—the land‑readjustment and clearance project for the “Legao Garden” site, and the expropriation and demolition work for Shenzhen Metro Line 8, all of which were successfully concluded on schedule.

In recent years, he has led his team in actively providing legal services to new-energy, semiconductor, and biopharmaceutical companies, covering matters from their establishment through equity incentive plans, corporate structuring, and investment and financing.

Attorney Zhang Shanhuа has successively been awarded such honorary titles as “National Outstanding Lawyer” and “Outstanding Communist Party Member in the National Legal Profession.”

Attorney Zhang Shanhuа serves as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen International Arbitration Centre and several other arbitration institutions. As a seasoned arbitrator, he has handled over 150 arbitration cases involving civil and commercial disputes, including those related to construction projects, loans, funds, contracts, and equity investments.
