Zhiheng News | Xu Mingzirong, director of Zhiheng Longhua Management Committee, was appointed as the chairperson of the **** Spring Chamber of Commerce
On April 17, 2026, pursuant to an announcement regarding the adjustment of the position of Supervisor-General of the Shenzhen Changchun Chamber of Commerce, Xu Mingzi, Director of the Management Committee of Zhiheng (Longhua) Law Firm, was honorably appointed as Supervisor-General of the Changchun Chamber of Commerce.
The Shenzhen–Changchun Chamber of Commerce (referred to as “Shenchangshang”) was established in 2019. It is a voluntary association of entrepreneurs and business leaders from Changchun who are engaged in business activities in Shenzhen and the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. Guided by the mission of “serving members, giving back to our hometowns, connecting Shenzhen and Changchun, and achieving win-win outcomes in the Greater Bay Area,” the Chamber of Commerce is committed to building bridges for cooperation between Shenzhen and Changchun across multiple sectors, including economy, culture, and technology.
As a crucial hub connecting Northeast China’s traditional industrial base with the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the chamber of commerce actively fosters resource complementarity and industrial synergy between the two regions, with a particular focus on facilitating project matchmaking and investment cooperation in sectors such as automotive components, biopharmaceuticals, the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and modern agriculture. At present, it has over 100 member enterprises, spanning multiple industries including intelligent manufacturing, financial investment, cultural creativity, and the health sector.
Through diversified services such as government–enterprise communication, investment promotion, business visits, and information sharing, the chamber of commerce not only helps its member enterprises grow but also provides strong support for Changchun’s “dual attraction” efforts—namely, attracting investment and talent—in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
Xu Mingzi, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the Director of the Management Committee of Zhiheng (Longhua) Law Firm and the Deputy Director of the National Criminal Law Committee of Zhiheng. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the People’s Public Security University of China and a Master of Laws degree from Jilin University, and has been practicing law for over ten years, possessing both a strong theoretical foundation in legal studies and extensive practical experience.
Areas of expertise include civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate and government legal advisory services, corporate compliance, the establishment of labor and employment compliance systems, and economic-related criminal offenses. As a senior corporate compliance professional and one of the drafters of the group standard “Risk Management Specifications for Labor Employment in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises,” I have long provided enterprises with full-lifecycle compliance management and risk prevention services.
Currently serves as the Supervisor of the Shenzhen Changchun Chamber of Commerce and Director of its Legal Affairs Committee, Legal Advisor to the Longhua Subdistrict Federation of Industry and Commerce, Founding Member of the Shenzhen Corporate Compliance Association, and Mediator at the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises’ Mediation Center. He also holds several public-interest legal positions and serves as a contributing writer for the journal “Shenzhen Lawyers.”
This appointment as Supervisor of the Shenzhen–Changchun Chamber of Commerce is both a strong endorsement of Director Xu’s personal capabilities and a clear recognition of the professional expertise and service quality of Zhiheng (Longhua) Law Firm.
