At the outset of the symposium, Director Zhang Shanhuá, on behalf of all colleagues at Zhiheng, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Longhua District Bureau of Justice. Director Zhang Shanhuá reviewed the development journey of Zhiheng, emphasizing the responsibilities and mission of lawyers and law firms in advancing the rule of law. Zhiheng has consistently upheld the philosophy of “unity of knowledge and action, perseverance for long-term success,” focusing on people’s livelihoods, dedicating itself to public welfare, and striving to contribute to regional economic development and the building of a society under the rule of law.

Zhiheng Longhua has been officially approved for establishment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the strong support from the Longhua District Bureau of Justice. Zhiheng Longhua will also strive to enhance the quality of its services, further expand its business, and contribute to the construction and development of Longhua District. Director Chai Yongxia briefly introduced Zhiheng’s development progress and strategic plan. From Shenzhen to the whole country, and from Hong Kong to the world, Zhiheng has established 24 offices in China and 2 overseas offices. Looking ahead, Zhiheng will continue to expand its national footprint and further penetrate international markets, leveraging the advantages of its “direct investment, direct operation, and direct management” model. Through integrated management across its headquarters and branches, Zhiheng will consolidate resources to build a globally leading, internationalized legal services platform.

The Longhua District Justice Bureau will strengthen its cooperation with Zhiheng and looks forward to Zhiheng fully leveraging its strengths to empower Longhua District with high-quality legal services, jointly injecting new vitality into the region’s rule-of-law development and economic growth.

The Longhua District Justice Bureau continues to introduce supportive policies aimed at attracting high-quality legal resources and laying a solid foundation for the region’s rule-of-law development.
