The "Report" is led by Zhiheng National Environmental Protection Legal Service Research Center and jointly compiled by Shenzhen Enterprise Compliance Association and Shenzhen Longgang District Ecological Environment Industry Association.
The "Report" takes the compilation and promulgation of the "Ecological Environment Code" as the core context, follows the logical framework of "the background of the times - the current situation scanning - in-depth insight - the path to cracking - the review tool - the industry guide", and systematically expounds the profound changes faced by the corporate environmental compliance system in the code era.As well as the difficulty of understanding (the new policy and new laws are updated quickly, and it is difficult for enterprises to grasp them in a comprehensive and timely manner), the difficulty of understanding (the terms are professional, and it is difficult for enterprises to accurately grasp the connotation and requirements), and the difficulty of implementation (knowing the requirements but not knowing how to implement them, and lack of operable compliance paths).

The third item of the keynote agenda was given by Wu Keping, an expert from SGS Standard Technical Services Co., Ltd., focusing on the latest changes in international environmental management standards and their institutional coordination with the Ecological Environment Code.Experts pointed out that the new version of the standard has formed an effective connection with the domestic code in terms of institutional logic, which is of great practical significance for export-oriented enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises in China, and Chinese enterprises interested in participating in green development cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.
In 2026, for the first time, Chinese enterprises are facing the complex environment of "domestic code implementation", "international standards change" and "APEC green development cooperation window period", which promotes the docking of domestic compliance requirements with international rules and standards, and has changed from an option to a compulsory course for enterprises to deeply participate in the division of labor in the global green industry chain.
