Looking ahead, he put forward two key recommendations: First, continue to leverage and strengthen Zhiheng’s unique advantage of warm, attentive service. Second, as the law firm continues to grow, it must cultivate sufficient inclusiveness to break down silos between its various offices and departments, foster mutual integration, deepen collaboration, and achieve true symbiotic integration.

Gao Zhongming, Equity Partner of Zhiheng in China
When discussing the vision for collaborative development, Attorney Gao Zhongming articulated the firm’s core development philosophy in depth. and Equity Partner for China at Zhiheng
Director Liu Hong summarized that the essence of collaboration between the head office and branch offices is: “The head office serves as the platform, the branch offices develop their unique strengths, and both work together to create added value.” This requires the head office to build a robust resource and back-office support system, while the branch offices focus on their regional and professional strengths to achieve shared development. Through close collaboration and mutual empowerment, we will ultimately achieve a synergistic value leap—“1 +1> 2”—and jointly create a win-win future.
