It is located on the 42nd floor of CR Land Tower in Jinan’s CBD central business district, with a total office space of over 2,300 square meters. Newly joined lawyer in 2022
When three or more fully licensed attorneys join at once, they can enjoy up to six months of waived private office or workstation fees (with a three-year agreement).
When five or more licensed attorneys join at once, they can enjoy up to 12 months of waived private office or desk fees (with a three-year agreement).
When 10 or more fully licensed attorneys join at once, they can enjoy up to 24 months of exemption from private office/assigned-desk fees (upon signing a four-year agreement).
8 Major Special Preferential Policies

Party Member Lawyer
Party-member lawyers are entitled to an 80% discount on revenue generation; law firms with party-member pro bono lawyers receive prioritized policy support.

Dual-Certified Lawyer
Outstanding lawyers specializing in securities issuance, domestic and overseas IPOs, and related practice areas will receive a one-year exemption from office rental fees, effective from the date of their actual occupancy.

IPO Lawyer
Outstanding lawyers specializing in securities issuance, domestic and overseas IPOs, and related practice areas will be eligible for a one-year exemption from office rental fees, effective from the date of their actual office occupancy.

Foreign-related lawyer
International talents with overseas study experience, holding a master’s degree or higher, and possessing a foreign attorney’s license shall be exempt from office rental fees for one year, starting from the date of actual occupancy.

Women Lawyers’ Care Policy
Policy on Support for Female Attorneys: All female attorneys practicing at this firm shall be evaluated based on 80% of their revenue-generating performance, and are exempt from performance evaluations during the “three periods.”

Doctor Lawyer
Outstanding candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree may enjoy a zero-management-fee benefit upon signing a three-year agreement. (First ten only)

Retired lawyer
No performance evaluations shall be conducted for retired lawyers.

ESG Team Business Attorney
Business lawyers on the ESG team are eligible for a 20% discount on revenue generation and receive a one-year waiver of office fees, effective from their date of occupancy.
