1. Possesses a solid foundation in law, a strong academic background in the field, and holds at least a bachelor’s degree in law;

2. Possesses a valid lawyer’s license and extensive experience in legal practice;

4. Has no record of professional misconduct, has not been penalized by judicial administrative authorities or industry associations, and complies with the rules governing the practice of law.

3. Possesses strong communication and written documentation skills, a solid team-oriented mindset, and innovative thinking.

1. Possess a full-time graduate degree or higher and have passed the National Judicial Examination;

8 Major Special Preferential PoliciesSpecial Offer

1. Lawyers who hold both a lawyer’s license and another professional certificate, such as a patent attorney’s license or a certified public accountant’s license (a qualification recognized by the state or relevant authorities), shall be entitled to an 80% discount on revenue generation.

2. For outstanding lawyers specializing in securities issuance, domestic and overseas IPOs, and related practice areas, individual office desk space rental is waived for one year, and commission rates are set at partner-level percentages.

3. Party-member lawyers shall enjoy a 20% discount on revenue generation; law firms with party-member public-service lawyers shall receive prioritized policy support.

4. No performance evaluations shall be conducted for retired lawyers.

5. For international talent with overseas study experience, a master’s degree or higher, and a foreign lawyer’s license, individuals shall be exempt from office desk rental fees for one year, and their commission rate shall be set at the level of senior partners.

6. Outstanding candidates who have obtained a doctoral degree will be eligible for a full waiver of administrative fees upon signing a three-year agreement. (First ten only)

7. Policy for Female Attorneys: Female attorneys practicing at this firm are exempt from performance evaluations during their first year; after one year, they will be evaluated based on 80% of the standard revenue‑generation target, and are fully exempt from billable‑hour requirements during the “three periods.”

8. For ESG team business lawyers, upon one-time onboarding (with a four-year contract), single rooms/assigned workstations are exempt from fees for up to 24 months.

When three or more fully licensed attorneys join at once, they can enjoy up to six months of exemption from private office/assigned-desk fees.
