The criminal defense team led by Attorney Zhang Nannan has achieved a significant interim victory in the case involving W, who is suspected of fraud. Twelve days after the individual was placed under criminal detention by the public security authorities, the investigating agency fully adopted the defense attorney’s professional advice and, in accordance with the law, changed the coercive measure to release on bail pending further investigation. As a result, the young man, who is only in his twenties, was able to leave the detention center and reunite with his anxious family.
