On March 13, 2026, the March Director’s Working Meeting of the Zhiheng Corporate Legal Affairs Center was successfully held in Conference Room 3 on the 21st floor of the Zhiheng Head Office. Liu Hong, Director of the Center; Zhou Yanjun, Secretary-General of the Center; Zhang Ping, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the Corporate Governance Department; Deng Huifen, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the M&A and Restructuring Department; Min Na, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the Shareholders’ Rights and Interests Department; Zhou Zefang, Director of the Corporate Compliance Department; Yang Haidong, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the Corporate Law Department at the Zhixing Longgang Branch; and Deng Jiawen, Executive Director of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department, attended the meeting. Zhou Hua, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department; Chen Likang, Deputy Director of the Center and Director of the Corporate Law Department at the Zhixing Dongguan Branch; and Deputy Director Huang Jinzheng participated online.

The meeting approved the Company’s Legal Affairs Center.In the 2026 work plan, the five directors of the administrative departments (executive directors) each summarized their work for 2025 and, in light of the center’s 2026 work plan, presented their plans for the departmental work to be carried out.

Director Liu Hong fully affirmed the work summaries of each department andThe 2026 work plan has been formulated, and new requirements have been put forward for the operations of the center and its various departments. Director Liu Hong stated that in the new year, he will focus on advancing the center’s key tasks, and he hopes that everyone will work together with a shared vision to build on the company’s existing achievements and achieve even greater success.

The meeting also assigned responsibilities for reviewing the manuscript of “The Corporate Governance Compendium,” which is slated for publication by Zhiheng Company’s Legal Affairs Center. The book is planned to be published byTo be published around September 2026.
