Attorney Xing Tingting provided a detailed analysis of “fraud cases involving the misappropriation of government subsidies.” As government policies to support enterprises continue to improve, the scale of various government subsidies and support funds disbursed has expanded year after year. However, cases of fraudulently obtaining such subsidies through false declarations and forged documentation have also been on the rise. This criminal conduct not only entails criminal liability but may also damage a company’s reputation and even undermine the healthy development of the industry.
