On February 19, 2022, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as the "South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission", "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Center" and "Shenzhen Arbitration Commission", referred to as SCIA in English) announced the new "Register of Arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration". The new session of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration has a total of 1,549 arbitrators from 114 countries and regions around the world, including 981 from the Chinese mainland, 149 from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, 18 from the Macao Special Administrative Region of China, 17 from Taiwan, and 384 from foreign countries. The new "Register of Arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration" will come into use on February 21, 2022.
