Yesterday, at the conference venue, Zhiheng partners from all over the country gathered together to study the 3.0 development blueprint and discuss the development path of the Chinese-style world-class strong institute. Today, when they moved between the mountains and rivers, they unloaded the burden of being at their desks and used team building as a link to soothe their bodies and minds in the green mountains and clear waters. In the warm morning, all the partners gathered and set off, accompanied by laughter all the way. On weekdays, the partners stationed in various places and deeply cultivated professionals put down the tightness of work, talked about the current situation of the operation of the branch, exchanged business development ideas, and deepened mutual understanding in easy conversations. The team arrived at the beautiful Tianhe Lake Scenic Area, and the group photo was frozen frame for a beautiful moment, preserving the precious picture of Zhiheng's family gathered side by side across the country.

Everyone strolled together on the mountain plank road, with clear water surrounded by green mountains and waterfalls and springs blowing in the breeze. The North and South partners roamed freely together to discuss development issues such as cross-regional professional collaboration and young lawyer cultivation. Many new ideas for cross-firm collaboration quietly emerged in the leisurely chat.

Everyone boarded the boat slowly and sailed into the dreamlike cave of the Kongling Water. The light boat passed through the underground river, the warm light reflected the Milk of Thousand Stalactites, the sparkling waves swayed the rock walls, and spread out the secret realm of the heart of the earth that belongs to Guizhou. Everyone talked freely and exchanged their hearts by boat, the light and shadow were leisurely, and the laughter was endless.

Stroll Guiyang Story Street. Qingshi Lane replicates the style of the old Guiyang city. The courtyards of the Republic of China are scattered, and the fireworks in the city are leisurely and long. Partners travel in pairs, stop and chat, and enhance mutual understanding in the warmth of the city.

The landscape tour came to an end, and all the staff shared the authentic Yanglang spicy chicken, which was rich in Guizhou flavor to set off the warmth. Everyone sat around and talked, and fireworks served as a medium, making the hearts of all places closer.

After a short break, the team moved to the quiet and quaint Buyi ancient village to immerse themselves in the original cultural customs of the ethnic minorities in Guizhou. The whole village is built on mountains and rivers, with scattered slate dwellings, winding bluestone lanes, and characteristic ethnic totems everywhere. Surrounded by plants and trees, it is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, full of leisurely and quiet rural charm.

Everyone freely strolled around the village, carefully observed the traditional Buyi architectural craftsmanship, stopped to browse the ethnic handicrafts, read the long-standing Buyi folk culture, and immersed themselves in the unique regional cultural heritage. The relaxed and comfortable tour atmosphere created an excellent platform for in-depth exchanges. The leaders of professional committees in various places took this rare offline opportunity to have long-term talks, share the operation and management experience of branches, discuss the layout of vertical professional tracks, and discuss the cultivation plan for young lawyers.
