On December 12, 2025, the first phase of Zhiheng Criminal Leading Talent Training Camp was grandly opened in the large conference room of Zhiheng General Office. The training camp lasted for three days, focusing on the practical capacity enhancement of the whole process of criminal business, aiming to build a professional exchange platform, cultivate criminal leading talents, and help Zhiheng criminal business high-quality development. The training camp received a warm response and attracted more than 400 industry colleagues to sign up. After strict screening and comprehensive evaluation, 116 formal students were finally determined, who came from 12 provinces and 23 cities across the country, including 103 key lawyers in the Zhiheng system and 13 outstanding law firm colleagues from foreign firms.
