The event attracted the participation of young lawyers from all over the country, enhancing the familiarity and integration of young lawyers in Zhiheng, and helping young lawyers in Zhiheng to achieve growth and breakthroughs in their practice.

At the beginning of the event, everyone went to the Ye Ting Memorial Hall to visit. Entering the Ye Ting Memorial Hall to learn about the life experience of the general, the young lawyers have learned the red power from it, and in the road of building a strong country, they must carry forward the Ye Ting spirit of courage to take responsibility, integrity and unyielding.

In the afternoon, Zhiheng young lawyers were divided into four groups to participate in the dry land curling team building activities. The atmosphere of the competition was cheerful and high tide. Everyone listened carefully to the rules of the competition, thought about the competition strategy, and actively participated. Through the points competition, obstacle clearing competition, and confrontation competition, they enhanced each other's friendship and cohesion, and showed the spirit of unity, cooperation and vitality.

In the session of Zhiheng Young Lawyer Inspiration, lawyer Cao Yanhui of Zhiheng Headquarters, lawyer Zhiheng Dongguan Golden Lawyer, lawyer Zhang Xiaohui of Zhiheng Kunming, and lawyer Zhao Shibo of Zhiheng Xi'an came to the stage to share their confusion, insights and inspiration as young lawyers on the road to practice.

From the perspective of himself, lawyer Cao Yanhui shared with you the changes in his mindset since he engaged in the legal profession and his views on legal consulting companies. Lawyer Cao believes that in the face of the internal volume of consulting companies, it is necessary to calm down, focus on their own business, improve service quality, and make differentiation. Golden Lawyer introduced his process of specializing in corporate law to you, and shared a short story of how he managed to win the trust of the parties even though he lost the case in the end, resulting in the delivery of more important cases.

Lawyer Zhang Xiaohui told everyone through his experience of choosing the path of environmental protection specialization that lawyers have limited energy and should choose the path of specialization in order to provide better services to customers. Lawyer Zhao Shibo shared with you some of his work habits and the most difficult case in his practice. Lawyer Zhao believes that lawyers should be more careful in procedures and do their best to fight for the legal rights and interests of the parties from the standpoint of the parties.

As night fell, everyone went to the seaside for a buffet barbecue. The young lawyers sat around the charcoal fire, barbecuing and communicating. Zhiheng young lawyers from all over the country got together, without a sense of distance at all. The sea breeze was gentle, and on the soft beach, a bonfire was lit. Everyone sang and danced around the bonfire, singing a chorus of "Friends", which tightly connected the hearts of young lawyers from all over the country.

With the final splendid fireworks taking off, the first day's activities came to an end.

The next day, the young lawyers went to the seaside to take a sailboat out to sea. They sat on various sailboats and enjoyed the seaside scenery. They took photos and recorded videos together, and deepened their friendship and bonds with laughter. Sailing and riding the wind and waves, the young lawyers should also support each other and move forward with their friends in the future wave of practice.

Finally, Li Weixiang, founding partner of Zhiheng headquarters, director of the board of supervisors, and director of the intellectual property center, and Hu Yanqin, director of the development department of Zhiheng branch, were present to present awards to the group leaders, group leaders, class committees, individual award winners, and the best team award winners.
